Information Technology Specialist (Application Software)

Conduct Information Technology related studies and/or exploratory projects. Resolve technical design issues using system software specifications. Modify existing applications to accommodate user requirements or new advances in software technology. Ensure that documentation reflects the interface with data collection, scheduling, production, or product distribution procedures. Communicates with customers to exchange technical information, resolve problems, and coordinate with and advise end users. Recommends and provides justification for needed program automation and system design studies.
