SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL PROGRAM ADVISOR

Plan, organize, and direct the activities of human resources liaisons ensuring human resources complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Provide Center-level employee relations assistance to managers and senior staff. Represent AFTAC with a variety of functional area organizations. Establish, define, manage, and implement requirements for personnel programs to ensure operations are in line with regulatory and fiscal requirements, support goals, and mission requirements. Facilitate, communicate, and disseminate technical personnel services provided by the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC).
