ENGINEER/SCIENTIST/IT SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS)

You will serve as a senior expert responsible for developing the strategic vision, mission, and goals for the engineering workforce. You will develop and propose innovative processes for engineering requirements, resource planning, and competency management. You will design and develop innovative career roadmaps, a comprehensive engineering leadership competency model, and other strategic initiatives to build and sustain a technically proficient workforce. You will Regularly brief Flag Officers and SES members on the status, challenges, and opportunities related to engineering workforce readiness. You will develop and utilize advanced metrics to assess organizational progress and workforce health against strategic objectives.
