DFMWR Integrator Officer (IMCOM Directorate), NF-05

Under the direction of the IMCOM, G-9 IMCOM Directorate (ID) Director, the incumbent is responsible for oversight and implementation of Garrison Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Programs. Provides program support through direct interface with the RD, IMCOM Directorate Installation Support (RIST) Teams, IMCOM G-9, and other ID officials. Serves as the functional subject matter expert, representative, and advisor to leadership within the organization. Conducts review and analysis of assigned Garrison performance in relation to meeting goals, objectives, tasks, standards, and targets of the IMCOM functional program. Monitors issues and corrective actions, develops effective approaches for program improvement, and recommends solutions to resolve deficiencies. Ensures proper resources are energized to optimize program performance within assigned areas.
