About the role
Joining the Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations will allow you to use your expertise to provide legal support to law enforcement officers. This position starts at a salary of $43,106.00 (GS-7, Step 1) to $68,549.00 (GS-9, Step 10) with promotion potential to $99,404 (GS-12 Step 10). Salary: Salary listed reflects the rest of U.S. scale and, if applicable, will be adjusted to meet the locality pay or cost of living expenses of the duty location upon selection. In this Paralegal Specialist position, you will become a key member of a team of homeland security professionals providing key legal support for law enforcement professionals. Typical work assignments include: Reviewing and processing cases within the Fines, Penalties, and Forfeiture Officer's authority through to solution.
