About the role
In this position, you will serve as a Staffing Team Lead utilizing a variety of coordinating, coaching, training, facilitating, and planning techniques to assist the unit's supervisor with managing a team of Human Resources (HR) Specialists (Recruitment and Placement).This position starts at a salary of $116,038.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $150,852.00 (GS-13, Step 10). In this Lead Human Resources Specialist (HR Development) position, you will serve as a key member of the Homeland Security team providing expert guidance on HR regulations, deliver training, and ensure quality assurance for HR recruitment services. You will help maintain compliance, improve recruitment practices, and support HR staff development.
