FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST (DATA ANALYTICS)

Duties will be developmental in nature when the position is filled below the full performance level. Performs analysis of financial management and various operational data for Indianapolis Operations that results in business insights gained, increased data efficiency, or improved use of data. Develops dashboards and workflows using Power Platform applications and other Data Analytics tools to support mission areas, improve processes, and provide tailored solutions and actionable insights that influence agency business decisions. Communicates data analysis and findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner through presentations and reports. Identifies opportunities for data analysis and automation based on organizational or mission area needs. Strengthens mission areas’ internal controls by addressing audit findings and deficiencies through data-driven solutions.
