About the role
You will assist with the execution and management of command administrative programs. You will provide administrative services to command personnel including, receiving office visitors, managing schedules, tracking supply inventory, typing, filing, answering incoming telephone calls, and maintaining administrative records. You will provide bi-monthly budget reports to the commanding officer on the status of funding balances. You will perform pay, personnel, and travel transactions at the appropriate level per established policies, procedures, and system capabilities. You will procure supplies, equipment, and furniture and assist staff in obtaining supplies as needed. You will provide information to command personnel pertaining to administrative procedures and established policies.
