INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

You will design, develop, evaluate, and maintain training programs and materials; ensure instructional quality and compliance; oversee training-related contracts and contractor performance; and provide acquisition and program support. You will analyze, design, develop, evaluate, and maintain training programs and instructional materials. You will lead curriculum development projects and collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to create effective learning solutions. You will monitor training quality, review course feedback, and recommend curriculum updates to improve learning outcomes. You will manage training-related contracts, monitor contractor performance, verify deliverables, and support acquisition planning and administration.
