Recreation Therapist

The Recreation Therapist duties include, but are not limited to: Conducting patient evaluations. Analyzing assessment data to develop individual goals, objectives, and treatment plan of care. Reviewing patient progress and needs for additional, alternative, or termination of service. Assisting in providing learning experience for Recreation Therapy clinical interns as needed. Developing and providing collaborative services with other team members. Documenting patient's behavioral observations, progress, functioning, and intervention outcomes. Providing direct patient care and receive guidance from higher-level or supervisory staff members for only most complex patients and require only general supervision. Reviewing recreation therapy consults and conduct comprehensive evaluations.
