About the role
Serves as the only executive advisor on administrative programs and initiatives. Maintains the effectiveness and status of programs, activities, suspense; internal metrics and/or productivity reports; management performance indicators; inspection, staff assistance, and audit reports; and from visual observations and personal contacts with the staff and operating personnel. Plans and organizes executive support services, functions, and activities. Performs and participates in studies to determine mission support requirements. Focal point for and provides quality control review of civilian and military personnel management activities to include training, performance appraisals, awards and decorations and other related areas.
