About the role
In this position you will serve as the Workforce Resilience Branch Chief and provide guidance and administrative oversight ofWorkforce Resilience Branch (WRB) functions as well as general management of Branch operations. The primary role of the Branch Chief is to serve as leader and the visionary for the branch; advise on a variety of workforce resilience programs and strategies and program issues ofinterest to the EAC, Deputy EAC, and CBP officials; and facilitate effective and efficient Branch operations. This position starts at a salary of $125,776.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $163,514.00 (GS-14, Step 10). Salary listed reflects the rest of U.S. scale and, if applicable, will be adjusted to meet the locality pay or cost of living expenses of the duty location upon selection.
