FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Prepares the Columbus Site Resource Manager, Site Director and Site Deputy Director with budget justifications for approved and prioritized site requirements that they can use for all budget discussions as part of the annual budget justifications. Collects labor and non-labor requirements from mission areas to include proposed staffing plans and facility maintenance and improvements items. Ensures all appropriate roles have been assigned and accountability established to ensure lead times and actions on the critical path are appropriately laid out. Defines project milestones and deliverables required to support project objectives; adapts organizational policies, processes and procedures as necessary to effectively manage projects and meet organizational goals and objectives. Monitors project schedules and performance to identify problems, determine causes and select courses of corrective actions while recognizing the resulting impacts and risks involved.
