Food and Beverage Event, Entertainment, and Function Manager NF-04

Works with staff, clients, and operating and support elements to sell and manage the business of providing functions and events for a catering operation in support of command directives and guidance. Conducts detailed process analysis of procedures. Develops and synthesizes presentational materials and conducts informational briefings. Review all processes, and develops detail process improvement plans and actions to increase the effectiveness and productivity of the full range of catering/banquet/event and entertainment activities. Performs a review of all catered/banquet/event and entertainment functions for coordination and integration of the delivery of services. Supervises the banquet and banquet set-up functions. Performs the full range of supervisory duties over assigned staff.
