Public Utilities Specialist

Participate in the execution of utility contracts, coordinating with other divisions and representatives of individual suppliers for matters pertaining to the purchase of utilities services. Analyze utilities accounts and performs rate analyses for purposes of assuring that the most favorable rates are assessed to the Government. Provide essential support to the Directorate of Public Works, Business Operations Division in multi-year planning, budgeting, execution tracking, reporting and recommending corrective actions. Review, coordinate, and evaluate technical and accounting issues of utility rate structures and applications submitted to regulatory authorities. Under upper guidance, collect and maintain records and prepares reports applicable to energy usage for the installation.
