COMMUNITY LIVING CENTER MINIMUM DATA SET REGISTERED NURSE

Duties and responsibilities of the COMMUNITY LIVING CENTER MINIMUM DATA SET REGISTERED NURSE include, but are not limited to: Community Living Center (CLC) Minimum Data Set (MDS) Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for individual nursing practice and determines the appropriate delegation of tasks consistent with the nurse's obligation to provide optimal care. Responsible for coding the sections of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI)/MDS Assessment and the Care Area Assessments (CAAs) that are assigned to nursing, adhering to current Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and Veterans Health Administration (VHA) timeframes of assessment completion.
