Telecommunications Specialist

Serves as Telecommunications Specialist with primary responsibilities as a technician managing worldwide voice infrastructure to include, soft phone and client applications. Serves as Telecommunications Specialist with primary responsibilities as a technician managing peripheral instruments or endpoints, local area networks, wide area networks, associated hardware and software. Provide support and services involving overall capabilities and operations of voice switching systems, including digital, analog and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
