SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY GENERAL ENGINEER/ARCHITECT

You will provide accurate projections for construction workload to determine resource requirements. You will evaluate metrics as they relate to construction schedule and cost impacts. You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, capabilities of the employees, and difficulty of assignments to drive optimal performance of the workforce. You will determine training, development, and mentoring needs of subordinates to ensure optimal performance of the workforce. You will communicate with internal and external customers (i.e., senior civilian and military staff) to ensure clarity of issues/project status. You will keep other engineers and project managers advised on the specific status of construction projects.
