MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

You will be Able to Plan assignments of subordinate workers, equipment, facilities, and materials on a week-to-week basis to accomplish work assigned to the shop. You will be Able to carry out EEO policies and procedures to ensure all subordinates are treated equally when making decisions concerning qualifications, selections, assignments, training, promotion, details, discipline and awards. You will be Able to balance workload between subordinates by adjusting assignments as necessary to meet project deadlines.
