Financial Manager - Temporary Promotion

This is a temporary promotion up to one year. The selectee may be returned at any time prior to the conclusion of the not-to-exceed date to the position from which they were temporarily promoted. Major duties include, but are not limited to: Participates at the executive level within RCS and is responsible for the overall fiscal planning and execution of all subordinate activities within RCS and the Contract for Fee Program. Develops and implements the financial plan and budget, recommends appropriate allocation of resources to subordinate activities, works with financial staff in the district offices to assure sound fiscal performance, assures the effective management of capital assets, develops and disseminates management reports, and provides fiscal oversight for RCS operations for all subordinate activities.
