HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT)

Provides advisory and consulting services to management and customers concerning workforce training and development. Assists in developing project and implementation plans that include course delivery and evaluation. Coordinates the planning and delivery of training programs to include technology-focused learning environment (e.g. virtual classrooms, asynchronous and synchronous learning, social networking). Manages subscriptions and licenses with outside learning platform providers ensuring payment process is timely, complete, within budget, and auditable. Works closely with program participants to convey learning requirements, record course completion, and assess curriculum and methods of curriculum delivery in order to enhance course/program initiatives.
