Health System Specialist (Deployment)

Duties of the Health System Specialist includes, but not limited to: Conducts analysis of program performance against projected milestones and outcomes, evaluates performance indicators, reports to management on findings & recommendations, and prepares reports. Develops program performance metrics and evaluation tools for program control effectiveness. Conducts studies to determine validity of analytic processes, including performance management algorithms. Manages a wide variety of non-routine and unrelated projects. Determines the approach, methods, and prioritization of project completion. Participates in policy and planning deliberations by gathering relevant data and information through extensive literature searches and database analysis. Advises senior healthcare executives of process improvement practices. Monitors progress of operations and adjusts as necessary. Ensures the timely execution of unscheduled and high priority projects or assignments. Work Schedule: Mon - Fri; 8:00
