IT Project Manager (Deployment)

Initiates and manages projects of a highly confidential and complex nature as well as special technical studies related to executing the EHRM-IO mission. Complex projects include projects with integration of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) information systems interfacing with VA legacy applications. Conducts program and project research and performance analysis, delivers guidance for process improvement, and manages the implementation of that guidance. Serves as an advisor and IT technical consultant to EHRM-IO officials on operational issues. Coordinates and/or conducts presentations in long range and annual work planning and IT capabilities to advise on the proposed formulation, management and execution of program resources (personnel and funding) and other management matters through an understanding of requirements and policies based on capabilities and resources.
