SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

You will serve as the senior expert and advisor for Command civilian personnel programs and issues that cross traditional functional lines. You will provide advice and guidance to management on a wide variety of highly complex, controversial and sensitive human resources management issues including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management and other typical HR functional areas. You will serve as expert for designated HR regulatory areas and support systems, special studies, and development projects and you will serve as command expert on the planning, coordination, training and execution of HR services.
