About the role
You will provide expert knowledge of Navy research, development, test, and evaluation environments and engineering processes, including mission execution across Warfare Centers and fleet support organizations. You will apply advanced modeling, simulation, and data analytics to assess performance of new technologies, evaluate operational effectiveness, and inform engineering investment decisions for future capabilities. You will assess current and projected mission requirements, identify capability gaps, and provide strategic guidance on the future direction of Detachment operations. You will manage complex engineering and technical projects and programs involving multi-disciplinary personnel, remote sites, and diverse technical capabilities.
