Student Trainee (Financial Management)

As a Student Trainee (Financial Management), you will perform a variety of developmental assignments such as identifying financial problems and seeking solutions consistent with applicable regulations and guidelines; updating manuals on policies, directives, and other memoranda; answering email; referring customers; creating various spreadsheets, databases, and other documents; and completing special projects. This position will be filled under the DOC Alternative Personnel System (CAPS). Under CAPS, positions are classified by career, pay plan, and pay band. The ZA-1 is equivalent to the GS-01/02/03/04/05/06.
