You will serve as a Contract Specialist and be responsible for he development of acquisition strategy through contract execution, contract administration and contract closeout. The incumbent may hold a contracting officer's warrant if determined there is a need. The incumbent has complete responsibility to plan and recommend for execution of all contractual actions and phases for assigned projects....
