Supervisory IT Specialist (INFOSEC)

As a Supervisory IT Specialist (INFOSEC), you will perform the following duties: Manage the Assessment & Authorization (A&A) and Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 (FISMA) Compliance programs, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines. Advise and engage with National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) leadership to advocate that cybersecurity initiatives are aligned with agency-wide objectives. Direct the implementation of appropriate security controls, conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans, and review security configurations.
