Explain work requirements, methods, and procedures. Recommend and participate in the selection of personnel to fill vacancies. Schedule and approve leave of subordinates. Perform the non-supervisory work of the Propulsion Element. Implement safety regulatory requirements. Prepare for and participate in various types of readiness evaluations, inspections, mobilization and command support exercises. Performs other duties as assigned.
