About the role
As a General Engineer, you will: Serve as a program manager for various National Nuclear Security Administration mission areas and operations at the Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC). Analyze risk to evaluate potential impacts on weapon quality and schedule delivery; interpret and provide program guidance to the KCNSC M&O contractor and work to resolve problems and conflicts. Participate and contribute to the development of the annual Corporate Performance Evaluation Plan for the M&O Contractor. Administer, conduct, and coordinate long-range planning studies on behalf of the NNSA to assure that advance resource requirements are identified and consistent with future workload projections.
