Supervisory Agricultural Marketing Specialist (General)

The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity. The duties may include, but are not limited to: Monitors the progress of work, including adherence to methods and procedures, and prioritization of the work, including the development of assignments and schedules. Evaluates subordinates through annual performance ratings and initiates formal award recommendations based on job performance. Conducts technical reviews of all audit programs and the performance of audit personnel who conduct quality system verification audits throughout the U.S. Maintains broad knowledge of international quality management standards and conformity assessment practices.
