Senior Cost Estimator, NF-05

Serves as the Senior Cost Estimator for DFMWR, NAF Contracting Division, Construction Branch and functions as the technical authority for cost estimating, cost analysis, and financial validation of NAF new construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects. The Senior Cost Estimator provides cost estimating and expert guidance across the full lifecycle of MWR facility project development, including: planning, programming, design, and construction. The position directly supports all NAF Construction, including: NAF Major Construction (NAFMC),Capital Purchase & Minor Construction (CPMC), and Sustainment Restoration & Modernization(SRM).
