Management and Program Analysis Officer (Director, API)

The incumbent of this position serves as the Director of the OAS Division of Audit Planning and Implementation (API). Major duties for this position include but are not limited to: Provides leadership in the assessment and improvement of programs and management systems, applying a wide range of analytical techniques and information technology solutions. Oversees OAS's data and technology modernization and maintenance initiatives focused on (1) making audit processes more efficient and effective and (2) enabling OAS leadership to make data-informed strategic decisions. Applies mastery knowledge of both legacy and modern information technology (IT) systems along with industry available products to ensure secure integration and transition. Evaluates emerging technologies and their applicability to OIG's mission-critical systems.
