Supervisory Investigator

Duties included at the GS-14 but are not limited to: Serves as a Supervisory General Investigator for the Special Investigations Branch (SIB). Performs comprehensive evaluation of ongoing investigative activities. Provides advice and assistance on case development, investigative techniques, methodology, and precedent-setting cases. Serves as an investigations management advisor to senior officials. Responsible for overseeing investigations of Whistleblower Reprisal. Advises staff on investigations and administrative matters. Develop staff to provide innovative investigative approaches. Provides management and policy direction through establishing priorities and goals for the region. Manages and directs the day-to-day investigative operations of SIB. Represents the agency in meetings with internal/external partners.
