SUPERVISORY LEAD EDUCATOR NF4 (RFT)

SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT: Supervisory duties comprise 25% if incumbent's time and includes: Supervises an assigned team, consisting of up to six classrooms (or equivalent activity areas), of direct care professionals and volunteers. Conducts performance reviews and evaluates performance of employees directly supervised and assures equity of performance standards and rating techniques are applied. Conducts written observations of assigned direct care professionals during all hours of operation and evaluates employees on established performance standards (midterm and annual performance reviews). Initiates and implements personnel actions and supports the CYP management team to assure quality related to selection, assignments, training, promotions, disciplinary actions, and recognition of employees and volunteers.
