Human Resources Specialist (Compensation/Recruitment)

Serve as the primary point of contact within the MTF for coordinating and managing civilian personnel recruitment efforts across the organization. Participate and represent the organization at job fairs and expos, hiring events, military transition programs, virtual events, community outreach engagements, and other similar type venues. Prepare reports, metrics, and after action summaries for recruitment events and outreach activities. Coordinate and manage compensation practices within the MTF and ensure they align with DOW, DHA, and federal regulations. Advise supervisors, managers, and command leadership on pay setting, pay adjustments, special salary rates, incentives, premium pay, and compensation flexibility. Review organizational structures and staffing plans to ensure compensation decisions support mission requirements and workforce efficiency
