MANAGEMENT ANALYST (MATERIAL)

You will analyze and review documentation procedures and controls, files, directives, forms, records control and office automation. You will develop statistical and narrative data to justify work unit reorganization or position restructuring as a more productive or efficient use of personnel resources. You will review directives from higher authority and advises on potential impact on the Shipyard. You will seek out and develop new tools for personnel working within the Material System to improve and economize their work processes.
