ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER

You will advise management on how to include current and upcoming environmental requirements in their processes and procedures. You will assess, inspect, monitor, and audit shipyard facilities and operations to ensure they comply with Federal, State, Navy, and local environmental protection rules. You will review technical work documents and process instructions to ensure compliance with environmental policies and guidance. You will represent the command at meetings, both internally and externally. You will serve as the Program Manager for environmental subject matter areas.
