Supervisory Appraiser

Specific duties include: Fully responsible for the attainment of the Construction and Valuation program objectives and goals nationwide for LG Prepares Construction & Valuation value stream (CVVS) budget in consultation with the LGY Front Office Staff and Management Analyst in relation to requests and forecasts, in-resource planning, and in productivity programs. Applies goal-aligned predictive data analytics and production reports to ensure services are delivered efficiently, to enhance productivity and to monitor staff performance. Communicates and collaborates regularly, representing VA, with key stakeholders including leadership of Veteran organizations, homebuilders' associations, and representatives from various communities supporting people with disabilities.
