Identifies, and mixes various array of special coating materials ranging from low infrared reflective needs primer, elastomeric corrosion inhibitor, epoxy, fluid resistant fuel cell primer, and other polyurethane paints. Applies coating methods and techniques to ensure a high quality decorative appearance, maintain a protective barrier for structural substrates, and meets specific thicknesses for various applied compounds. Determines areas of the aircraft to be repaired and other discrepancies as to protect the integrity of aircraft(s) surfaces, assemblies, and their components. Performs seam sealing operations in interior of aircraft wheel wells including exterior surfaces, chemical stripping assemblies/parts, propeller tips on engines.
