Leads a team of trades and/or labor workers. On a regular and recurring basis, utilizes trades and/or labor knowledge and skill to lead a team of three or more workers in performance of various related work. Performs work. Performs nonsupervisory trades and/or labor work that is usually of the same kind and level as members of the work crew led.
