Commissary Officer

Manage all activities and functions of a commissary store to include the full range of managerial and supervisory responsibilities. Execute Agency policy, sales, and promotional programs. Coordinate with Area/Zone Manager in developing and implementing local commissary management policies and procedures. Analyze a variety of management reports and implement technology to determine/improve the efficiency of operations and initiate action(s) to correct deficiencies. Manage and monitor all budget funding expenditures, find efficiencies that reduce expenses, and ensures execution is within the parameters of the funding program for their individual store. Direct, monitor, and adjust the overall execution of the store sales plan, improving product placement to encourage sales; ensuring product availability and optimization of stock levels to ensure sales goals and targets are met.
