About the role
You will coordinate, develop and maintain long- and short-term staff schedules and department specific schedules. You will directly support the Director of Operations and Training (DOT) (N02), a senior O-6, in directing day to-day functions of the directorate. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the command’s training curriculum and advising the DOT and Commanding Officer / Executive Officer (post-major command O-6) on course content, improvements and assessments. You will assign, supervise and mentors an instructor cadre of seven Government Service personnel (GS-13/14), approximately 30 senior and mid-grade officers (O-6, O-5 and O-4), senior enlisted (E-7 and E-8), and contract instructors.
