About the role
You will serve as the SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MANNING AND MANPOWER DIVISION (N13), MANPOWER AND PERSONNEL DEPT (N1) at NAVAL COMPUTER TELECOMMUNICATIONS AREA MASTER STATION PACIFIC (NCTAMS PAC). You will be responsible for planning, implementation and evaluation of various civilian personnel programs and services for NCTAMS PAC. You will assist management personnel at subordinate stations at San Diego, Guam and Puget Sound. You will serve as the primary advisor and subject matter expert to command management officials on issues pertaining to civilian personnel management guidelines, regulations and policies. You will recommend procedural and process changes to achieve increased effectiveness, proper span of control, efficiency of operations, and economy of effort.
