Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems)

Plan and coordinate the development of data structures and access strategies in alignment with business and mission requirements. Develop and implement present and future information data requirements to meet the needs of human resources programs and serviced organization. Develop and/or improve standard operating procedures and user documentation to support user's understanding of enhancements or improvements to human resources tools/systems. Lead projects to develop and implement new data management designs. Develop and implement quality and performance metrics for staff performance. Determine whether Human Resources operations comply with policies and regulations and participate in identifying and directing corrective action.
