Program Specialist

Duties listed are at the full performance level GS-14. Advise senior leadership on interpretation of laws, regulations, and policies to ensure project compliance. Direct policy formulation and coordination to support programs and services, budget execution, program/project management responsibilities and operations. Formulate policies, objectives, and standards for a specific program. Maintain, develop, and leverage partnerships with governmental and non-governmental organizations to meet program objectives. Develop long and short-range plans, to include budget, leading high priority projects, and studies to provide input to highest management levels in the organization.
