Engineering Manager, Enrollment

THE OPPORTUNITY Help define how millions of members first experience Hinge Health. As the Engineering Manager for Enrollment, you’ll lead the mobile team that understands new members and their healthcare needs, ensuring every downstream experience at Hinge Health starts from a strong, trusted foundation. You’ll own the Enrollment surface end-to-end—migrating it to a mobile-first experience, evolving it into a platform for every new program we launch, and driving rigorous experimentation to improve conversion and long-term engagement. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership, Product, Design, and Marketing across our hubs in San Francisco, Montreal, and Bangalore to build an Enrollment experience that’s fast, flexible, and deeply member-centric.
