Fullstack GTM Engineer

OVERVIEW Phia is looking for a Full-Stack GTM Engineer to build the technical infrastructure that powers our go-to-market engine. This is a full-stack engineering role for someone who wants to work close to revenue, customers, and product. You will sit at the intersection of engineering, partnerships, sales, editorial, data, and customer experience, building the systems that make Phia’s commercial teams faster, smarter, and more scalable. You will own internal tools, AI workflows, CRM automations, brand partner reporting, editorial pipelines, sales tooling, and data integrations.
