Finance & Strategy Associate

Overview As a Junior Finance & Strategy Associate at Phia, you'll support the financial and operational backbone of a fast-growing consumer technology platform. Working closely with executives and cross-functional teams, you'll help maintain the systems, models, and processes that drive how the business tracks performance, communicates with investors, and makes decisions. You'll operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations — supporting FP&A and accounting while also serving as a reliable partner to internal teams navigating day-to-day business needs.
