Management and Program Analyst (Detention Services Manager)

As a Management and Program Analyst (Detention Services Manager), GS-13 you will perform the following duties: Implementing and administering agency policy and procedures related to detention services and requirements; Conducting daily on-site facility reviews to document compliance and non­-compliance, assess performance, identify areas that are in need of improvement, and take appropriate action to achieve desired results; Collaborating with executive decision makers and assigned superiors in the formulation and development of the detention program objectives, policies, and procedures governing the execution of specific detention programs; and Conducting reviews and inspections, provide leadership and guidance to fellow field officers to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, resolving problems requiring interpretation, and application of policy and complex phases of the law.
